The Clerk of Superior, State and Juvenile Courts is the main custodian for those three court classes. Contact Janie J. Jones's office at 652 Barrow Park Drive, Suite B, Winder, GA 30680. The counter is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call 770-307-3035 or fax 770-867-4800. The county lists jjjones@barrowga.org for court-document requests.
- For Superior, State, or Juvenile records and certified-copy questions, contact Suite B.
- For Magistrate records, call the separate Magistrate clerk at 770-307-3050.
- For Probate files, call Probate Court at 770-307-3045.
- For felony dates, use the District Attorney; for misdemeanor dates, use the Solicitor-General.
- For a city citation, call the municipal court named by the issuing agency.
Have the court, case or citation number, party name as filed, approximate date, and exact entry or document title ready. Ask before mailing payment because no general Barrow court-record mail procedure was verified.
